Cancellation policy. Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. This is a standard dated and timed entry e-ticket. Madame Tussauds London will not admit guests with suitcases among their possessions. Children up to 15 years may not enter the attraction unless accompanied by someone 18 years or over. This ticket is only valid for entry into the attraction for the date and time booked.
